Last weekend we went with JC's family to watch Brian Regan, one of the funniest comedians I've ever seen, perform at Thanksgiving Point. He is hilarious and all of his jokes are clean- and to my standard that makes him better than the rest. He doesn't have to cuss or tell dirty jokes to make people laugh. A lot of the humor is mainly in his facial expressions while telling his jokes- we love it!
Then for Family Home Evening on Monday night we went to the Buzz game with JC's cousin, Mark, and his wife, Jessica, and their beautiful baby boy- Teddy! To our surprise, JC's other cousin- Mark's sister- Amy was there too! I haven't seen Amy in a really long time, so it was nice to see her.
This past Saturday morning, JC took me and Tucker rock climbing with him and his marines. I've never been rock climbing before, so I was a little apprehensive in the beginning, but I did it! I didn't go to the top because my hands started sweating half way up thanks to my huge fear of heights, but it was a lot of fun! I'm always up for trying new things. Tucker really had a good time and that's what mattered to me:-) JC made it to the top with no problems- of course- this is second nature to him.
And last night we went out with our really good friends, Mykelle and Riley, to see A MidSummer Night's Dream that was being performed up at Sundance. I love Shakespeare, and I love Sundance- it was a great night!

It's so hard to find a good comedian...one that you're not sitting on the edge of your seat, scared at what might come out of his mouth next.
Rock climbing...you're brave. Looks like Tucker got started a little earlier than you.
I miss the Utah weather. It's flaming hot and humid here. You know what I'm talking about. When Adam starts sleeping through the night, I'm going to have some fun again!
tucker is growing up so fast. i am glad your family can be together again!! what is JC's schedule like? Can he be deployed again in the future? Our ward has tons of military since we are so close to post. there are alot of husbands gone! i just try not to think of that time for us. one step at a time. you look amazing and looks like you guys are doing great!!
