While JC and I were dating back in DC, he introduced me to the rest of Paul's family and I can't even explain how much I loved them right away. I'm so glad JC was able to become close with his aunt and uncle and cousins while attending the Naval Academy. I continued to be amazed by JC's family as I later met his mom, dad and his siblings. I knew I was marrying into an incredible family. I am so blessed!
So this past Friday night, JC's family and most of Paul's family came together for a quick little reunion- (we missed the family members who weren't able to be there). I loved seeing Paul again. I was also happy to see that he brought Price along who I haven't seen in a really long time (I can't believe he's in college- his family is awesome) and I was also able to meet Dallin Bills (who has a wonderful family as well) and their other roommate Jordan.
I loved listening to them tell their stories about JC throughout dinner. It couldn't have made me happier- I've been missing him a whole lot these days. It never surprises me to hear how much people admire my husband. He is more than I had ever dreamed I would end up marrying. Now, if he'll just get home!

Beth- I haven't been on blogs for awhile- yours looks darling! You have done such a great job with it-I love it! It was fun to see you the other day at my house-we need to get together more often!
Family get togethers are great to begin with...but when you're all missing someone special...they are nessisary. Glad to hear you have such a great support group.
By the way...where are you? DC?
Beth he is almost here! I know a month seems like a long ways away, but before you know it JC will be back and your little family will be together! Are you guys coming back to CA? I miss you and I want to meet Tucker so bad!!!!
How fun! I think Dallin Bills is the brother to one of our friends, Tyson and Kathy. Or it's just a coincidence that they have the same last name, from DC and look alike :) I seriously can't wait for you and JC to be together again and for him to meet Tucker. Please have that reunion on video!!!

That's so great that you have such wonderful in-laws. I bet you're so excited to see JC. I'm excited for your post when you show pictures of him holding Tucker for the first time. You are such a strong person to have such a great outlook...I admire that in you.
